In the Oven: Our Freshest Bakes

After months without Cocofulu and Melissa baking classes, we will have three dates on the calendar!

Presenting, Pumpkin Spice Crumble Cakes with Toasted Walnuts and Maple Frosting! 

Bakers may select a class from these dates and times:

Friday, 9/25      11:00 AM-12:30 PM

Monday, 10/5    11:00 AM-12:30 PM

Tuesday, 10/6     1:30 PM-3 PM

To keep everyone feeling healthy and comfortable, we are limited classes to three people. RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot!


Every baking class is 4,500 yen. This includes all supplies, instruction, as well as a little tea time with a café drink and sweet. All classes are bilingual, in English and Japanese!

Looking back, we’ve enjoyed making scones, chiffon cakes, and rich, gâteau au chocolate cakes! We bake professional-grade desserts with the crême de la crême of Yuiko’s tried and true recipes!

April 22 and April 23, we facilitated three classes all devoted to making the lightest and richest matcha/green tea chiffon cake! Our bakers loved it and they even sent us pictures later of their own home-bakes using our recipe!
